Special Needs Kitty
Noah is a neutered male about 1 – 2 years old. He is beautiful, gentle, and extremely affectionate. Noah came to us as a found stray with a large wound to his neck. It is likely he was attacked by another cat. He is recovering well from his injury but sadly Noah has tested positive for Feline Leukemia Virus but negative for Feline Leukemia. There is still a chance he may fight off the virus before it develops further. More testing is needed at a later date.
Noah is young and currently doing very well but will require a visit to the vet every 6 months to monitor his health. To prevent him exposing other cats to the virus he cannot live with other cats and will need to be kept strictly indoors only. His life expectancy could be as little as 2 or 3 years although with proper care and a little luck he could live quite a bit longer.
