- Saturdays 9:00 am to 5 pm (Adoption animal viewing: 11:00 am to 4 pm)
- Sundays & Statutory Holidays CLOSED
ANIMAL CONTROL / Investigation & Patrol: (250) 414-0233
- Officers are ON-DUTY 7 DAYS / WEEK 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- including: Victoria Day, Canada Day, BC Day & Labour Day
AFTER HOURS / Emergencies: (250) 414-0233 for recorded directions
- The "On-Call" Duty Officer will respond to any incident where a domesticated animal is causing a threat to public safety
- Officers DO NOT investigate nuisance matters after regular hours.
