Andy is a relaxed, easy going, warm chair stealing ragdoll cat. He is happy to nap nearby and likes his morning cuddles. Andy is a big boy and very beautiful. Although he rarely plays he does enjoy cuddles and stealing post it notes. Andy has a stubborn streak if he wants to lay in your way. His personal record here is 6 times in a row of being moved before winning the spot.
Andy tolerates other cats as long as they give him his space and he is slowly being won over by some pretty persistent kittens that are determined to be his friend. They all find him fascinating and he is allowing them to get very close now. Andy actually seems to like the timid female kitten. They are often spotted near each other and she can touch him without him getting angry. We have not seen him with dogs or children.
Sadly Andy has some health concerns. He is on special food for IBS and he has a heart condition. Andy often vomits overnight here at the pound. His new home will have to be ok with the mess he can cause.
We are looking for an indoor only home.
Andy is about 3 - 5 years old, litter box trained, neutered, dewormed and has been treated for fleas. His adoption fee is $ 200.00.
