If we didn't already know Billy's name we would probably have called him Urkel, or Spock, or maybe Sheldon. Billy is kind of like the stereotypical class nerd. He means well, but he's a little awkward and has trouble fitting in with the other cats. His awkwardness probably stems from his upbringing and unstable life so far. When we met him he had been completely shaved, even his whiskers.
Billy loves to be pet, but often doesn't know how to react. Billy needs someone who will be patient with him. He needs to figure someone out slowly. With time he will develop a close bond and be very cuddly and affectionate. When he's comfortable, he loves to jump up on the laps of his caregivers and is very vocal. One thing Billy is always very good at is playing with toys! He loves swiping at the long boas and jumping around on the scratching posts.
Billy will also need a home who will be able to feed him specific food as he seems to have a mild food allergy that causes acne on his chin.
