This March Caesar's life was turned upside down when his elderly owner passed away and he arrived at the pound. He is a cat that is full of love, and wants nothing more than to be pet and snuggled. He is shy of noise and activity, so he is looking for a quieter home. He can also be shy of strangers, but he learns to trust new people very quickly and will not be shy with his new family!
Caesar has always lived indoors and his new home must be indoor-only. He would be happy even in a small apartment, as long as he can feel safe and get a lot of love and affection. He loves to be brushed and also occasionally enjoys the cat toys.
Although Caesar lived with another cat for much of his life, he appears to have no interest in making new feline friends and prefers to be by himself in his own room.
When we met Caesar he was quite overweight and his coat was in poor condition but he has lost a lot of the excess weight and his coat improves each day, with brushing, which he can't get enough of!
