Cinder is a very sweet and shy little muffin. She likes to hide in her bed but is always happy to have a visitor and a cuddle and will venture out. Cinder seems to struggle with anxiety and would do best in a quiet home. She really likes other cats but would need to be with a cat that has a calm and easygoing personality.
Cinder has been in 3 different homes and the pound in recent months. Cinder came to us after she was re-homed and then abandoned by her new owner in the park for not using the litter box. Cinder was then adopted to a very nice loving but full and busy home. Again did not use the litterbox and was returned. Cinder has always used the litterbox here but she is in a smaller space. We have had her urine checked, and there is no sign of a medical reason for this behaviour. It is likely due to the stress of adjusting to a new home. If she can be contained to a room for a few weeks or a month while she adjusts to a new quiet home, she is likely to use the litterbox.
We are looking for an indoor only home.
Cinder is 3 years old, spayed, microchipped, dewormed, has her first vaccines and has been treated for fleas. Cinder’s adoption fee is $350.00.
