Corduroy “Roy”

Corduroy Pants is a lovely, gentle, and patient snuggle bug looking for a family to call his own. Roy is such a special guy! He has helped rehabilitate many other cats/kittens during his stay at the pound. He is amazing at making friends, even if they invade his space or steal his food! He loves BIG pets and enjoys rolling around while he gets his cheeks massaged. He even enjoys a good belly rub. He likes to play with other cats and gets the zoomies around rubber balls.

Roy can be quite nervous at first. He tends to hide when there are new people or loud noises because of this, it’s hard for people to see his great personality when they first meet him but once he is comfortable, he turns into a big drooly baby.

When Roy first arrived at the pound, he had some spells of inappropriate urination, most likely due to stress. Since then, he has improved drastically! But every once in awhile (once every few weeks or so) he may pee on a towel or blanket. This may or may not improve being in a home setting. We have had his urine checked, and there doesn’t seem to be any medical reason for this behaviour.

Roy is about 2 years old, neutered, microchipped, dewormed, has his first vaccines and has been treated for fleas. Roy’s adoption fee is $350.00.
