Beautiful Jasmine is often the first cat you'll meet when coming into our lobby. She loves to meet new people and see if they are here to take her home! She is probably one of the cats here that is in the most need of being adopted, as she is very stressed by the other cats.
Other adoptable cats here lounge around all day enjoy affection from staff and volunteers, but her stress prevents Jasmine from being able to share that enjoyment. It also makes her come across as a little cranky, so she needs someone to have some faith in her and give her a chance.
Once she is in her own space, she will calm down and show off her sweet and affectionate side. She will tell you all about her day with all kinds of little meows, and maybe chase her tail for a few minutes, before settling in on your lap.
She is not a high maintenance lady, and she hopes that a loving home without any other cats isn't too much to ask for!
