Nyxie was on one of her usual outdoor excursions this June when she returned home to find that her owners had moved away and she had been abandoned. She hung around the house waiting for days until thankfully someone called us and she was brought to the pound.
Although she is now safe and sound, Nyxie desperately wants a new home where she can spend time outside and where she will not have to be pestered by other cats.
Nyxie is often overlooked by adopters because she is 12 years old, although you'd never know it to look at her. She has a gorgeous coat and a long puffy tail. She is friendly and vocal and a huge fan of sharing our lunches. She is also an expert at finding the most comfy place to nap.
