Peanut is an outgoing and friendly guy who loves to play fetch and go for car rides. Sadly, his previous owner passed away, so Peanut now needs a new home.
He is happy and playful, and proves how smart he is when playing with a treat puzzle. His favourite is the rope toy, for tug-of-war and fetch. It seems like Peanut has been on more car rides than walks, so he does pull on the leash a bit but he has usually settled down by the end of the walk and he will of course happily get used to it. Apparently Peanut knows his commands in Greek, but we haven't been able to test that yet!
The family of the previous owner told us that Peanut can sometimes be territorial with other dogs, however he has shown absolutely no signs of aggression in the pound or out on walks. He has not been barking or chewing. He comes with a wire crate that he is used to being in. Peanut is very social and will be happiest in a home where he can be with someone for a significant part of the day.
