In the few weeks that Pelly has been staying at the Pound he has become an office favorite. He is the most loving, outgoing, cuddly guy, and would jump on a stranger's lap and just curl up and go to sleep.
Pelly was extremely thin when he was found, and it appears that he had been starving out on his own for quite some time. He has been consistently putting on the ounces since we brought him in and is now almost an ideal weight.
