Wonderful Wesley is now up for adoption. He was found wandering around a park, in need of veterinary care, and no one came to claim him. He has since been neutered and is currently being treated for a skin condition that was probably caused by long term untreated fleas.
Underneath Wesley's scraggly fur and "unique" appearance he has a fantastic personality and is very well behaved. Wesley is house trained, not much of a barker, is excellent on leashed walks, and knows basic obedience like "sit" and "stay". He loves people and is friendly with other dogs.
Wesley will be on medication provided by VACS for the next 20 days. It's very easy to give and Wesley's new family will be able to watch a new, healthy coat of fur grow back in!
