UPDATE: Now that Thomas is healthy and pain-free, he has become an incredibly sweet and loving cat - we can't call him shy anymore! He is gentle and affectionate and gets along very well with the other cats. He is ready to meet his new family!
Thomas was abandoned two years ago when his family moved away and left him behind. He went through a lot in those two years on his own and has been recovering here with us. He has remembered that humans are safe and is turning into a very affectionate guy. He is still shy with new people but will be a great family cat after an adjustment period.
He has had most of his teeth removed as they were shattered when we was hit by a car, so all his dental issues have been taken care of and he has a healthy mouth. He was also treated for a severe ear infection, which has been resolved, however he may need to have ear drops occasionally throughout his life if one of his ears flares up and bothers him.
