Introducing Akasha and Dora - These love bugs are ready to find their forever home!
Akasha (female torti) was found living in a hoarding situation with seven other cats. It was quickly discovered that she was pregnant and she shortly gave birth to five beautiful babies while in our care. And she has been a fantastic mama! She is affectionate, doting, and responsible when it comes to raising her kids. She is very snuggly with people and loves to chat throughout the day. She loves catnip and rolling around on people’s feet.
Akasha is very bonded to her babies and has grown up around many of her siblings; because of this, Akasha will be paired with her daughter, Dora.
Dora (black female) is no thoughts, all vibes. This girl is easy going, fun loving, and just a little bit special. She loves racing around and playing with her siblings, but she often gets so worked up she will run into walls. She is kind and inviting to other orphan kittens in the pound and loves to snuggle in close.
These two are great with other cats as long as they are formally introduced. They are also great with kids, but we have not seen them interact with dogs.
We are looking for indoor only homes.
Akasha is about 2-3 years old, and Dora was born June 27th. They have been spayed, micro-chipped, de-wormed, have their first vaccines, and have been treated for fleas. Their adoption fee is $700 for both.
